Join the team building Rwanda's national curriculum question repository. You will take real exam papers, past national examinations, quizzes, and handwritten question documents from Rwandan schools and convert them into structured, verified digital assessments on AcademiaPlus.
What you’ll do
Review and transcribe exam papers, quizzes, and past national papers into AcademiaPlus
Structure composite multi-part questions, diagrams, formulas, and marking schemes accurately
Map each transcribed question to its corresponding grade level, subject, and curriculum topic
Verify accuracy and proofread transcribed questions against original source documents
Flag any formatting inconsistencies or missing information to the content team lead
What we’re looking for
Secondary School Certificate (A2 level or higher) — no advanced technical degree required
Good reading comprehension and written literacy in English (familiarity with Kinyarwanda or French is a plus)
Good typing skills and comfort using a computer, web browsers, and PDF documents
Meticulous attention to detail when transcribing questions, numbers, and multiple-choice options
Reliability, discipline, and dedication to high-quality academic work
Nice to have
Prior experience with data entry, document digitization, or educational materials
Comfort with basic mathematical symbols or scientific notations
